The primary goal of the Edelweiss platform is to make it easy for users to repay their loans. Since the amounts involved are significant, earning the user’s trust was essential. We focused on building a secure yet straightforward login process, and once users arrived at the dashboard, we ensured they had a clear view of their loans, outstanding balances, and the most convenient options for repayment.

During the development of the user flow, we collaborated closely with the Edelweiss team to better understand the target audience and their behavior. We learned that our users are individuals who have participated in property auctions and are looking to repay their loans. The key insight was to keep the process straightforward—no unnecessary features, just a smooth login experience and the ability to pay their dues in full, through 3- or 6-month EMIs, or by entering a custom amount.

The streamlined process reduces barriers and makes it easy for users to get started. For the mobile view, we focused on simplicity and ease of navigation. To prevent users from endless scrolling, we introduced a Mod tab, allowing quick access to essential features without clutter. After a successful payment, users are greeted with a dedicated thank you page, providing clear confirmation and a sense of accomplishment.

They requested colorful cards to make them stand out, but preferred to avoid using the brand’s blue due to its lower position in the visual hierarchy. As a result, we opted for subtle, approachable colors that enhance clarity and ensure the cards remain easily understandable for users.
